Ron Kregness
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Ron has over 40 years of Christian camping experience, including 30+ years as Executive Director at LWBC. A graduate of Wheaton College with a degree in Psychology, Ron is truly a “hands on” leader. During the summer months of camp, you will find him actively engaged with the staff and endless daily details. In retreat season it is not rare to find him in the kitchen cooking for groups. Ron and his wife, Dawn, have six children who have had the privilege of growing up at camp.

Dawn is a delightful, quirky, artistically-inclined, lover of Jesus. Her passion is to teach and lead others towards a closer walk with the Lord and love on her family, both at home and at camp. In her free time, she can be found drinking iced tea, reading a good book, or watching Andy Griffith for the umpteenth time, as well as holding the rest of us together.
Becca Kregness
Relaxation is a good book, a warm blanket, and a cuddly dog next to a campfire. Becca loves to experience camp alongside the campers and summer staff, while trying to provide new experiences and fun each program.

Sam is very passionate about video production and community building. He graduated from Taylor University with a Bachelor’s degree in Film & Video Production. He enjoys playing games that help promote critical thinking and team-building.
