Ron Kregness
Executive Director
Ron has over 40 years of Christian camping experience, including 30+ years as Executive Director at LWBC. Ron is a “hands on” leader. during the summer months of camp, you will find him giving boat rides, tending to countless maintenance needs and joking with campers and staff. In the retreat season, it is not rare to find him in the kitchen cooking for groups. Ron and his wife, Dawn, raised six children at camp. Ron is a “Wizard of Oz” collector, Science Fiction reader, and Vikings fa. These days Ron’s favorite title is “Grandpa.”
Dawn Kregness
Director of Operations
Dawn is a delightful, quirky, artistically-inclined, lover of Jesus. Her passion is to teach and lead others towards a closer walk with the Lord and love on her family, both at home and at camp. In her free time, she can be found drinking iced tea, reading a good book, playing with her grandchildren, as well as holding the rest of us together.
Aaron Kregness
Director of Engagement
Aaron enjoys connecting with others over games and food. He loves family, friends, and good conversations. During the summer, you’ll find him in the canteen and camp store or jumping between various support roles as needed. Aaron’s goal is to increase the levels of and opportunities for engagement here at LWBC, including more inviting people into our prayer, volunteer, and financial support teams.
Becca Kregness
Director of Programming
Becca loves to experience camp alongside the campers and summer staff, while trying to provide new experiences and fun for each program. During summer, she is found connecting with summer staff, facilitating the day-to-day activities, and playing with campers. During the retreat season, she coordinates our retreat groups’ needs and plans for the next program. Becca is a foster parent and delights in loving on the children God brings into her life.
